Job description:
- Recruitment and selection of new external collaborators, research participants
- Training and development of new and existing external collaborators, research participants
- Organization, coordination, and supervision of the network of external collaborators, participants in research.
- Analysis and reporting on the performance effectiveness of external collaborators in research
- Assistance in the implementation of research projects (organizing work, monitoring deadlines, budgets, supervision, data collection)
- Control, monitoring, supervision of work quality
- Management of administration related to the implementation of research projects
Special Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (VSS – Visoko obrazovanje)
- Experience of at least one year in similar positions; additional bonus – experience in working on research projects
- Fluent in English (ability to read, write, and speak)
- Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and potentially SPSS
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job description:
- Assistance in managing research projects (working with others in a team on implementing research projects)
- Assistance in preparing research drafts (preparing questionnaires, samples, instructions)
- Assistance in conducting research (organizing work, monitoring deadlines, budgets, supervision, field data collection)
- Assistance in result analysis, report writing, and presenting results (statistical and qualitative analysis, report writing, findings, recommendations, presentation of results).
Special requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (VSS – Visoko obrazovanje)
- Experience of at least one year, or at least three research projects in the field of social research, policy research, statistical data processing, analysis, and writing analytical reports.
- Fluent in English (ability to read, write, and speak)
- Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and potentially SPSS
- Strong ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
